Lise joined the firm in 2013 and serves as the Intellectual Property manager.
Lise’s experience includes all aspects of trademark law including conducting searches, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, monitoring potential conflicts and infringements, and managing opposition matters. Her role also includes managing the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Lise launched her career as a trademark professional at Blake Cassels & Graydon in Toronto, Canada in 1986. She was born in Montreal, Canada and is fluent in both French and English. Since moving to the United States in 1993, Lise worked for a small boutique firm in Syracuse, NY, where she broadened her skills to include U.S. Trademark Law. Since then she has served as a senior trademark paralegal for a Fortune 50 company and other large law firms.
Lise has volunteered for organizations such as Reach Out and Read and Habitat for Humanity, and she has served as a guardian ad litem.
Interests Lise loves spending time with her children and five grandchildren. She enjoys traveling and hiking.
